Make Food Fun

Lets face it, some children are just more fussy than others about food.
They like a certain food one week, and they hate it the next.
Here are a few great tips when you are out of food options and patience:

Lil Lessons Homework 1068 Views

Tip # 1: Make Food Fun:

Kids like food that is fun. Use different shape cookie cutters(metal works best) and cut sandwiches into fun shapes. If you don’t have cookie cutters, get creative and turn a simple sandwich into their favorite Dino.

Tip #2: Vegetables are a challenge:

Why not grind them up and put them in red sauce. Served over your child’s favorite pasta they will never know vegetables are in there!
